Orders can be cancelled before processing or dispatch. Once prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible as products are freshly prepared. Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind reasons. For damaged, incorrect, or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours with order number and photos. Eligible cases will be resolved via replacement or refund at our discretion.
